At JK AUTO TINT SDN BHD 202601029710 (1691805-X), the Company accepts that a Customer’s plans can shift after checkout, so the terms below say plainly what can still be undone, how soon it has to be said, and what then happens to the money.
1. When an Order May Be Cancelled
A Customer who cancels within 24 hours of the purchase is entitled to a full refund of what was paid for that order.
2. Orders Already in Motion
Past that first 24 hours cancellation may not be possible, since an order that has already been processed or shipped has left the Company’s hands.
3. How a Cancellation Is Requested
The Customer should contact the customer service team without delay and quote the Order Number, whereupon the support team will establish what stage the order has reached and confirm whether it remains eligible for cancellation.
4. Refunds on Approved Cancellations
Where a cancellation is approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method used at checkout, and the Customer should allow 7–14 business days for it to be processed and to show in the account.
